Quick Launch bar is missing. label: google || quick launch bar || conflict

Today I found a problem: the Quick Launch bar is missing, this is a very bad situation for me. (I did not place any basic desktop icons ,they are carried out through the Quick Launch bar) . how do to fix it? I look at the way the repair: 1.
